So if you left something in my ask before this past Monday, I went ahead and deleted it for a fresh start. It had been SO long and I figured you guys got your advice from someone else. If you still have the same question, please ask again and I’ll answer tonight! Or ask a new one, anyone!
Sooo I’ve been completely lost from Tumblr for the past month or so. I’ve reblogged a couple of things now and then, but no workout songs nor personal updates. To be completely honest, I had been eating like shit and barely hitting the gym. I need to rant a bit.
Am I a hypocrite? No.
Does every human being make mistakes? Definitely.
Once in a while I get this overwhelming “Fuck it, I don’t care” attitude. I don’t know why… but it’s like a phase I go through every few months, and for the three steps I took forward, I take two steps back. Oh fucking well. It’s in the past. I just need to hop back on the bandwagon and stop moping and feeling sorry for myself. Okay… maybe I gained five pounds, but I need to get back at it and lose seven. Start up NOW. Not tomorrow. It’s better to have 5 lbs to lose than 6 or 7 or 15. Eating clean and exercising will always, always be the right choice. Have I ever regretted a workout or eating a healthy meal? Never. Ever. Have I ever regretted getting McDonald’s and sitting on my ass? Yeah. Every damn time. I’m so sick of losing focus and then forcing myself to get on track again. It’s like that quote:
“If you’re tired of starting over, stop giving up.”
That’s my new inspiration. Balance always seems to be my problem and this time was no different. As if I didn’t have enough motivation within myself, I have an amazing new boyfriend that I love, AND Memorial Day weekend (bikini time) is only 10 days away.
Don’t know who actually read all that. lmao. But regardless, I love you all and always stay positive. Let’s do this. xoxox
Idk who actually reads my personal text posts, but I just wanted to share that I woke up to a handful of messages this morning and every single one was positive and kind, and put a smile on my face. Thank you to everyone who’s part of the Fitblr world! lol. The good vibes on here always inspire me. <3
Hi everyone! I’m going to this huge event called Spring Weekend in exactly one month, so I’m going hard until then! I put together a little food and exercise regimen that I’m going to stick to. I typed it up and I can make it into a .jpg if enough people are interested.
