But I'm currently a size 7/8 and I want to be a 4 but how did you do it? I have wide hips so I don't think it'd work because you can't like lose your hips.

Aww thank you so much! Honestly, there’s no secret… it’s healthy eating, exercise (cardio and strength training), and patience! And I completely understand! I have decent sized hips also. I could never everrr wear like a size zero simply because it wouldn’t fit around my hip bones. Don’t really focus on clothing sizes, just aim for healthy and happy and then finding clothes that fit you won’t really be a stress.

Cardio has been proven to be best for rapid overall fat loss, so keep hitting the treadmill! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and eating lots of fruits and veggies. Also, if you click on my workouts tab on my blog, you’ll see pilates videos for inner and outer thighs that are awesome! And if you go to a gym and want to use machines for those muscles try the abduction machines :)

Do you do the same type of exercise every day? Sometimes switching up your workout can kickstart weight loss. If you’re eating healthy and working out, just be patient! :)

I walked/ran for one hour then did yoga... later today I wanted to do indoor cycling but I didnt because my mom says its too much.. but i felt perfectly able to do it. Ate around 1700 cals.

It all depends on how you feel and what level you’re at physically. If you feel up to it, and you’re eating enough, doing cardio twice a day should be okay :)

Ehhh you might need a little longer than that, but keep doing what you’re doing! If it helps, eat a cheat meal once a week to stop the binging. But other than that, you’re on the right track. Be patient with losing weight though. And remember, if you lose it over a long period of time, you’re more likely to keep it off.

Hiiii :) Good question. Any exercise is good, so I’m pretty sure there’d still be progress with toning alone, but adding cardio would probably just make the process a lot faster. Even people I know that are really built and just want to gain muscle throw in a cardio day once or twice per week.

Hi :) Mostly by just doing the workouts and eating the foods listed on my pages. My best personal tip though is just be consistent. Healthy weight loss takes a long time. Don’t get frustrated when you don’t see results. Reaching your goal is by far worth all of the hard work. xoxo.

Haha. Yeah, I love it. I only lived on campus freshman year and it was great. I’m a junior now and I have my own apartment though. And all of my teachers have been awesome, but there’s soooo many so I can’t speak for all of them. lol.

Not really. I’d just pick one or two a day randomly and do whatever I was in the mood for. I just avoid muscle groups that are already sore.

Thanks! :) And that happened to me last night actually! lol. I just decided to go to sleep and wake up hungrier for a bigger, healthy breakfast. I recommend not eating too close before bed. <3
