Happy Friday everyone!
I’m doing some studying at my desk while eating some delish breakast…
- strawberries and a nectarine
- raisin, walnut, and date oatmeal with blueberries and bananas
- coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- stupidly large water bottle lol
I love this coffee mug. hahaa. It says “Some like it hot” and my boyfriend got for me :D

What I posted in the last ask is what I’ve been doing this week, but normally I just jog for 30 minutes :)

Hi! :) Just since this past Monday. I do 30 min on the treadmill (switching between jogging, and walking at a high incline) and then 30 minutes on the elliptical on the “Variety” setting.
